Blog Soldiers for Sale

News from the owner/operator of BlogSoldiers, the popular blog traffic exchange is for sale. Details were released in an email as follows:

I writing to let members know of some recent news, I have decided to
put BlogSoldiers.com up for sale. I’ve recently partnered with a friend
and we are building some new online businesses and I won’t have the
time to focus on BlogSoldiers. The site will continue to operate and
could be a great investment for the right person.

Some of the details of the site. The purchaser will receive the domain,
website, membership base, all rights to the name, images, etc.. All
scripts associated with the site and any current advertising in place.
The site is a Google PageRank5, in the Alexa top 80k, and listed in
TrafficHoopla’s top 40 sites (it’s been there for going on 1 year).

The site runs on the LJ script but has been modified with the following:
1. Surf by category or surf normally
2. Blogmarks (bookmark sites while surfing)
3. Ignore Blog (see a blog you don’t like, ignore it)
4. IPN System. (just added - upgrades and purchases are processed instantly)
5. Blog Directory
6. Blog Glossary
7. Education Center with videos
8. ShoutBox
9. Site Blog
10. Add Banners and Text Links
11. Scrolling news box for updates and news
12. Referral Banners, Buttons and Splash Pages
and all the normal features that a standard traffic exchange has in place.

The site has approx. 4000 members and needs someone that is willing to
advertise and take control of the site. There are not many Blog Exchanges
and BlogSoldiers has the potential to reach 10,000 members quickly if
marketed correctly.

I will put the new owner in contact with the programmer that knows the site
and has done all the programming.

to finance or run the site at a percentage until we are paid our asking price, we
are in need of the capital to help finance a new internet venture. We will accept
